TanSAO

TanSAO is an non-profit organization created to provide a variety of educational services for young people and their families in Tanzania.

With a main office in Dar es Salaam, the NGO's focus is to serve as a resource center to assist secondary school students in seeking, preparing for, and acquiring admission to worldwide universities. The voluntary staff also work closely with families to identify affordable US university opportunities, and to apply for financial aid when and where appropriate.

The organization's resource center provides free access to university materials and information, as well as assists students with the registration for SAT, TOEFL and ACT exams. Once registered for the exams through the organization, students are then provided with free practice exam materials, as well as access to exam preparation courses, which emphasizes enhancing and developing English grammar and writing skills.
